The Xcanbot Mate X, including the battery, has a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery.
- Covered: manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, water damage beyond the rated protection, normal wear (tires, cushions) and cosmetic damage.
- How to claim: email team@xcanbot.com with your order number, a description, and photos or video. We will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
