- Reservation deposits: see Reservation Terms. Fully refundable before you claim your reserved unit; unclaimed deposits are refunded automatically after the campaign.
- Orders on xcanbot.com (from Q2 2027): returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. The unit must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Email team@xcanbot.com for a return authorization. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive the unit.
- Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
