- Reservation deposits: nothing is shipped. Kickstarter rewards ship according to the campaign's published schedule.
- Orders on xcanbot.com (from Q2 2027): ship within 5 business days of payment. Delivery within 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
- We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand.
- A tracking number is emailed at shipment.
- Duties and import taxes: we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to all countries listed above. Import duties, import taxes and customs fees are paid by us. Nothing extra is charged on delivery.
