- The USD 20 reservation deposit reserves one early-bird Xcanbot Mate X for our Kickstarter launch, planned for January 2027.
- After payment you receive a receipt by email. At launch we email you a personal link to your reserved unit on Kickstarter. The reserved price is USD 20 lower, so your deposit is credited in full.
- The Kickstarter order itself is made and paid on Kickstarter and is subject to Kickstarter's terms.
- One deposit reserves one unit. Deposits are not transferable.
- Refunds: you can request a full refund at any time before you claim your reserved unit by emailing team@xcanbot.com. Unclaimed deposits are refunded automatically after the campaign ends. If the campaign does not launch or is not funded, all deposits are refunded.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
