These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Xcanbot website and any services, content, features, or products offered through it (collectively, the "Service"), which is operated by XCAN ROBOT PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Service. The "Last updated" date indicates when the Terms were last modified. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.
Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your account credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at team@xcanbot.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.
The Service offers reservation deposits for the Xcanbot Mate X smart mobility device and, from Q2 2027, direct sales of the Mate X and related accessories. The Mate X is a consumer product, not a medical device.
Prices are in USD. A USD 20 reservation deposit reserves one early-bird Mate X for our Kickstarter launch and is credited in full toward the reserved unit, as described in our Reservation Terms. Kickstarter orders are made and paid on Kickstarter. Orders on xcanbot.com are paid in full at checkout at the listed price. By paying, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Orders on xcanbot.com ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Reservation deposits are refundable as described in our Reservation Terms. Orders on xcanbot.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, the Xcanbot brand name, software, and the Mate X product designs — is the property of XCAN ROBOT PTE. LTD. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Any reverse engineering, scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of data from the Service is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who engages in prohibited activities.
The Service and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCAN ROBOT PTE. LTD. disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XCAN ROBOT PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability is not excluded by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XCAN ROBOT PTE. LTD. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, warranty disclaimer, and limitation of liability — shall remain in effect.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and XCAN ROBOT PTE. LTD. regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
